It’s another Friday night and we’re letting loose on the microphones, unwinding after a busy week as Kristin prepares to take a trip to the west coast for business.

In this episode we discuss our kids’ experiences trying out for travel sports teams, presentation techniques that grab audiences, and how Kristin has done a complete 180 in the fitness department. Can someone actually do too many triathalons? Erin thinks so!

Hi Erin+Kristin, just wanted to say that I, for one, am very happy that you Kristin bought the house that ‘brought you two together’. I have washed and folded countless loads of laundry and tidied up the house thousand times with a smile on my face and occasionally – laughing out loud – while listening to your podcast. And you have the same effect on thousands of women. Not a small accomplishment.
The topics of parenting and being a working mother are universal. I am not American and do not live in the US – and still I can relate to your everyday lives 100%. Thank you, thank you, thank you – that’s all I can say.

Best episode ever! I laughed so much as you each complained about each others’ new job/sport. I love how you have both changed your lives so much since the beginning of this podcast. We, your audience, have enjoyed growing with you as our own lives have changed. Thanks for showing us what is possible.
