		<description>I have been keeping a food diary this past month as part of a pre-vacation weight loss plan. I was amazed at how much the &quot;little &quot; things added up- that splash of flavored creamer in the coffee (35 cals for each splash adds up!) ,that 1 Twizzler stolen from my daughter, etc. I have found cutting back on those little things that I never even focused on has been very helpful, indeed necessary, in cutting back on calories. And it&#039;s working as the scale is moving downward!</description>
