This week Erin is joined by substitute co-host Meredith O’Brien, pop culture and television columnist for MommyTrack’d, who shares her tips for TV worth watching right now. Then our new life coach Kristin G. stops by for coffee and we talk about how coaching can help moms, why it’s so important to find that additional “thing” in life that makes you happy, and why it’s critical you take time and make space for it.

Kristin G’s powerful question for listeners:

If there was a secret passion in your life, something that is almost too exciting to actually do or do more of, what would it be?

Why coaching? Why now? What do you most want to get out of our time together?

What does failure look like to you?

What are you tolerating in your life?

Damages is awesome, Glenn Close is at her best in this show. I like to save a bunch to watch all at once and watch 3 at a time. Cause of the flipping around in time, it makes it easier for me to watch.
