Even prior to making nutrition and fitness her career, she has had a knack for motivating people (including myself) into the proper nutritional choices and fitness routines.  She has a great perspective on life and the reality of how to make fitness and nutrition part of your life not &quot;something you have to do&quot;.  Anyone who is committed to doing crunches before bed (no matter how late or what her night entailed) is someone who knows how to make it work!</description>

Although I have lost some more weight, it has been unintentional....darn tummy bugs. Thanks and I may look to you for keeping up my  1/2 marathon training mojo!</description>

		<description>Great post.  I&#039;ve been doing WW for seems like my entire life, but I do it faithfully every week.  I took two months off during the holidays and gained 9 pounds. But after the new year, I went back to writing it all down and emailing my leader to get myself back on track and back to goal, and within 2 weeks I lost it all.   
I also bought myself an elliptical, because I just can&#039;t get out the door to a gym, and don&#039;t have the time during the day, my time comes at 8pm at night, or between 5-6 before dinner with my kids running around.  Anyways I&#039;ve started the training on it and its taking a little getting used to, but its smack in the middle of my office, so I can&#039;t sit here writing this without the thing staring right at me.
Do you have any suggestions on how to start an elliptical program.  I&#039;ve been trying to do 20 mins a day, getting off 3 times cause I&#039;m really out of shape. Is this the right approach?  Should I be doing something different?
