Can’t wait! I live for new podcasts! (ok, that was a bit dramatic.. but I just love you) <3

The Manic Daddies podcast was hysterical. It kept me company as I cleaned out my daughters room. Your Husbands seem like pretty cool guys too.

We loved watching the Olympics as a family. I was actually sad to watch the closing ceremony last night.

    Hey guys,
I wss surprised to hear you both say that the pictures you take with your iphone cannot be printed or used like pictures you take with your digital camera. Although they may not be as good of quality they can be transferred to your computer or laptop. When you sync and update your iphone the pictures will go onto your harddrive. You can make files for them just like your regular pictures. Have them printed at Costco or Shutterfly. You can also email them from your phone and save them one by one.
So Kristin, put that great picture of Sophie on your computer and use it as your screensaver. :)

    Love you guys,
    Laura

The winter olympics were fantastic, my 7 year old boy loved watching the snow boarding half pipe, and my little 15 month old girl would stare in amazement at the ice skating and dance to the music. My husband at the age of 34 has decided he wants to be a ski jumper, I personally think he would get to the top of that massive jump and soil himself. I’ll let you know if he goes through with it.

OMG! Just started listening to this podcast and laughed when you were talking about your Ikea wine glasses. I bought some glasses for red wine and some for white wineat Target to keep at my camper last summer. The red wine glasses are HUGE. Everyone commented on my “bowl of wine”. I ended up never even using the white wine glasses because the ones for red hold so much more and I have to refill less often.

    Hi Mommies

Just wanted to let you know that Picasa has a program for downloading iPhone photos to your computer. It’s great.

  8. Brianna says:

I am dying to hear this podcast, but everytime I try to download it says the file is corrupt and I only get the first 2 minutes. Is it just me?

  9. Brianna – Give it a try now. Hopefully it will work properly!

Hey! Great podcast! I just wanted to comment on all day kindergarten. The issue for most districts in offering all day kindergarten is the cost. Kindergarten is not a federal requirement therefore they do not get funding from the government for this program. So without charging it is difficult to offer to all kids and not all families can pay… the endless loop! Our government policies have sadly not caught up with reality or what we know about education and the importance of early childhood education–which can be achieved in other ways besides all day kindergarten but the reality for many people is that all day is the best option for their family.
