After interviewing Audrey McClelland for a recent podcast, one thing was clear. We needed more tips and advice on how we moms could up our fashion game and inject a little style into our lives.

Fashion is Audrey’s passion. Working for Donna Karan (starting as her personal assistant right out of college!) for 5 1/2 years gave Audrey a crash course in women’s fashion. In becoming a mother, Audrey’s fashion sense didn’t change… just the functionality of it.

She started “365 Days of Fashion Advice for Moms” on January 1, 2009… and has kept it going every day since,  sharing easy, doable and practical fashion and beauty advice for moms. (Did we mention she is the mother of 4 boys – William (7), Alexander (5), Benjamin (4) and Henry (3)?!)

Audrey has been featured on Good Morning America, Nightline, the Rachael Ray Show, The Daily Buzz and in publications such as The New York Times, The New York Post, Boston Globe, Parenting Magazine, Pregnancy Magazine, Redbook and Woman’s Day.  Audrey was on a celebrity fashion panel at People’s Choice Awards in 2010 with Tim Gunn and Gretta Monahan for Tide to give a mother’s perspective on the celebrity fashions.

And need we remind you that she manages to do all this and then some while looking fabulous?

That, and the fact that we love her, is why we’ve asked Audrey to join our team of experts! She will be logging on to answer your fashion questions, and share her favorite tips… like this one about the hottest nail polish colors for fall (which reminds me, I need to take care of my nails.)

Thank you so much for introducing Audrey to your listeners. I have been reading her blog ever since. I’m a civil engineer (there are only 9 women engineers in our 200 engineer division) and I’m extremely fashion challenged and don’t really have anyone to ask about these things. Audrey’s fashion advice is wonderfully written and down to earth.
